I don’t mean to be blunt but if you have a job, shut up and work. There will always be the normal frustrations with any employment situation, but I shouldn’t hear you complain about it every chance you get.
There are folks who spend more time whining about their duties than actually working. I mean, really dude just do your job.
If you have responsibilities to take care of, then do them. Your mood from outside should not effect your work environment. Drama of any kind should be the furthest from your mind.
I mean, really dude there are people out there who are not employed and would jump at the chance to put their best foot forward. And you’re walking around talking about how much you hate your job, make no effort to find a more ideal situation and do nothing while they’re clocked in.
Do your job. That’s all I ask. If you have customers to take care of, deal with them courteously. If you have cleaning up to do, take care of it to the best of your ability. If you are in charge of keeping things safe and secure, guard it with true responsibility.
Oh, and by the way, stay in your lane too. Work towards the top, but know where you currently stand. Overexerting your authority will lead to an unhealthy work situation. Not pulling your own weight will also cause rifts in the workplace.
I mean, really dude just do your job. I CANNOT stress that enough.
The laziness that I see in the workplace is unfathomable. The disrespect for authority is even worse. And don’t get me started on customer service skills. Know your role. I mean, really dude I am shocked by how careless folks can be at their job.
Seriously, if you don’t like your working situation than find something else. Stop making your work environment miserable for your coworkers. I mean really dude do your job……or quit.
